I was delighted to be invited onto the fabulous Business of Architecture UK podcast together with James Hampton of New Makers Bureau where we both had the opportunity to discuss the collaborative work as coach and client that we have been doing together in working ON the business.
In our chat with Rion Willard we specifically discussed the business vision framework that we have been using in our work together; the benefits fo having a clear vision; what happens when you don't have one in place; how to go about creating an inspiring vision, and how having that as your foundation serves as your guide in designing a practice that is authentic to you.
