A strategic visioning
programme for
practice leaders
When was the last time you worked on your architectural practice, rather than in your architectural practice?

Meeting client deadlines, consistently producing outstanding work, and moving rapidly from one project to the next, often means there is little or no time to think or plan strategically.

CREATE is a structured coaching programme for individual architects and designers that helps you create a vision for the company and the direction you want to take your business. By having a clear vision, you and your team will be able to stay focussed as you work together towards a common long-term goal.
You may be a sole practitioner who wants to work on different types of projects or with different types of clients. Perhaps you’re the owner of a small or medium sized architecture practice whose growth has plateaued. Or your business has grown organically over the years but there’s no plan in place. Or maybe you’re an architect who’s thinking of starting your own practice.
The full CREATE programme usually consists of twelve individual sessions, held twice a month for 90 minutes each. In every session we address a challenge that’s specific to you or your practice, or an area of the business that’s important to you. There’s also a structured programme of exercises to work on in between each session.

For practice leadership teams, there is an option to engage in the programme through a combination of group workshops and individual sessions as applicable.

“I had a good feeling from my initial meeting with Britta. She provided a clear framework to help me establish a solid foundation for my practice, from which it can grow. Britta listened carefully and tailored our sessions to focus on what would be most beneficial for me. Having a skilled guide who offered structure, focus, and a supportive connection was key. Being coached by an external support like Britta helped reflect back to me the things I care most about and what’s most authentic to my goals - something that’s difficult to do on your own. The work we did around core purpose and values gave me the confidence to move forward with clarity, knowing what my practice is truly about. The follow-up and resources after each session helped break tasks into manageable steps, turning perpetual to-do list items into real, grounded action. Britta was the ally I needed to move my practice forward.”
