PROGRAMME OVERVIEW
Duration: 2 Sessions
Includes:

2 x 90 minutes one-to-one coaching sessions

Initial pre-coaching call questionnaire for preparation

Exercises as applicable
-
Signed coaching & confidentiality agreement between coach & coachee

All sessions delivered via Skype or Zoom

Sessions can be arranged outside working hours - e.g. weekday mornings, lunch hours or evenings as well as on Saturdays (until 4pm) - subject to availability.
